Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind our products. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

Returns, refunds, and replacements are available only for purchases made directly through our verified sales channels. These include our official website and any authorized marketplaces operated by Chronic Concepts.

We do not accept return, refund, or replacement requests for items purchased through third party sellers, resellers, unauthorized platforms, or secondary marketplaces. 

Only the original purchaser associated with the order may request a return, refund, or replacement. Gift recipients or third parties are not eligible to initiate returns or refunds.

Proof of purchase is required for all return, refund, or replacement requests.

Standard (Non-Custom) Items:

Returns for non-custom items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact info@chronicconcepts.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns initiated without prior approval will not be accepted.

Custom & Personalized Items:

All custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. 

If a custom item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for consideration.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Items not meeting personal expectations when product descriptions, photos, and/or videos were accurate
  • Normal variations and minor imperfections inherent to handmade or 3D-printed items

Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Carrier delays alone are not eligible for refunds or replacements. If a package is confirmed lost or fails to be delivered, we will work with the carrier to ensure an appropriate resolution.

Requests that fall outside the conditions outlined above may be declined in accordance with our policies.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or an item arrives damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations:

Orders are custom made and prepared immediately after placement. For this reason, customer-requested cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order for any reason. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for the canceled order.
