That desire took shape following the loss of a close friend to cancer. In the aftermath, the co-founders turned to creating as a way to process grief and move forward. They returned to a long-standing passion for 3D printing and design.

What started as a personal creative outlet quickly grew into something more. The response to the earliest designs was immediate, and it became clear that the work resonated with people in a meaningful way.

As Chronic Concepts evolved, so did its scope. Alongside the TinyBrights collectible line, the company expanded into professional 3D printing services for makers, creators, and manufacturers. What began as a hobby became a full-time pursuit, driven by a shared commitment to originality, quality, and thoughtful execution.

With complementary backgrounds in business and engineering, the co-founders brought together the right balance of creativity and technical expertise to build something intentional, focused not just on making products, but on creating experiences.
