What are TinyBrights?
TinyBrights are our signature line of interactive collectibles. They're made to bring personality to desks, shelves, game rooms, and everyday spaces. Whether it's nostalgic arcade-inspired creations or entirely new concepts, our goal is always the same: create products that make people smile the moment they interact with them.
Where are Chronic Concepts products made?
Our products are designed, assembled, finished, and individually tested in Colorado. We use a combination of precision 3D printing, custom injection molding, engineered electronics, and purpose-built components depending on the product.
Are Chronic Concepts products designed in-house?
Yes. Our products begin as original concepts developed by Chronic Concepts and are refined through prototyping, testing, and revisions before release.
How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can follow it along the way. Please note that carrier transit time is separate from processing time, and additional time should be expected for delivery once your order has shipped. What if there is a problem with my order?
Reach out to us! We stand behind the products we make and want you to be happy with your purchase. If something arrives damaged, is missing, or isn't working as expected, contact us and we'll help get it resolved.
Do you offer a warranty?
We care about our customers and we will work with you to resolve your issue. We make every effort to make sure we engineer, craft, and deliver to you the best product possible. Your product has a 1 year warranty against any manufacturing defects or functionality issues from the date of purchase. If there is a manufacturing defect or functionality issue please contact us directly using our email info@chronicconcepts.com with a description of your defect and proof of purchase date.
